Pet Friendly
Our Apartments are Pet-friendly for real.
But we do have some rules...
- Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the apartment.
- Northpoint Properties reserves the right to deny residency to any pet deemed aggressive.
- Should your pet injure any other pets, residents or staff, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises.
The following pets are restricted:
- Monkeys
- Snakes
- Livestock
- Alligators
- Dragons

Your pets are part of your life. Northpoint Properties offers pet-friendly apartments all over Halifax. Cats and Dogs are allowed with a maximum of one cat or dog per apartment.
